Ciambelle anice - anise Donuts - Rosquillas de anís - anis Beignets

  ingredients:

1. 3 eggs
   

2. 250 grams of sugar

3. 500 grams of flour

4. 50 grams of butter

5. 1/4 cup of olive oil ( extra virgin olive oil )

7. juice of 1/ 2 lemon ( also the grated rind )

8. 1 tablespoon baking powder for cakes

9. 1/2 glass of aniseed-flavored liqueur

10. Pinch of Salt

Procedure:
