RECIPE

Strudel (other recipe)

  ingredients:

1. Puff Pastry (it is well with the phyllo dough )
   

2. Sponge of Spagna

3. Custard - Crema Pasticcera

4. 4 or 5 green apples

5. 4 or 5 Pere

6. Other fruits : Mango, Strawberries, Oranges ...

7. 100 grams of sugar

Procedure:

Over a rectangle of puff pastry (or phyllo dough ) place a rectangle of Sponge Cake - Pan di Spagna (you can buy it, or follow our recipe ) , spreads over the Custard - rema Pasticcera ( I assure you that if you cook with our recipe is very good = ^. ^ =) , distributed over the cut fruit into small pieces and mixed with sugar .
Close the dough loaf , polishing possibly with the egg white or with a little ' sugar water .
Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

NOTE : With regard to the fruit salad to put inside, you can cut julienne , or thin strips , it is much more pleasant ! ...
