Here is the result of our last trip to the country ... We found a lovely fig tree , and we brought home some ' of these succulent fruits. We thought we would make a sweet jam to taste this sweet taste even in the darkest days of the long winter ... so we took our ingredients and we started first ...

Our jam (or jam ) will keep well for about a year. We never go more than a year .. Although difficult to arrive later this year ! ... Generally end much sooner ! ...
