CINQUETERRE and PORTOVENERE

Lerici is a small town near the Gulf of Poets, a quiet and very nice.

Lerici is charming at sunset: the boats, the shaking of the water, the reflections of the sun ...

At night, the landscape takes the form of a fabulous place,

During the day, you can even see the orange trees along the sidewalks. This season is already mature oranges of the beautiful and colorful!

The coast to Lerici is very beautiful and there are also some very nice beaches.

The sea view is very beautiful.

Cat goes on, as a scout.

Manarola has a particular charm .... almost like being inside a giant crib ....

To get from Riomaggiore to Manarola we went through the walk of love.

The landscape that is admired by this famous walk is lovely,

the rocks are thrown to the sea,

vegetation clings to the cliff,

the sea laps the shore,

the colors are dark and weather,

the show is great,

unfortunate that these pictures do not render fully the beauty and colors.

A must see is the Church of St. Peter. Perched on the tip of this peninsula natural, built of stones and marbles in order to provide a spectacular sight.

Through a small open porch to admire a magnificent sea view.

seems to enter another world, a place of enchantment where the power of nature reigns supreme.

You can admire the imposing cliffs,

and it shows up the coast in the distance.

The show that you can see is impressive.

The colors are very intense.

On the other side of the church you can admire the strait between Portovenere and Palmaria Island.

In this picture there is only a small boat but is passed through the strait.

An other especially on rocks, are populated by hundreds and hundreds of gulls' nests and it's fascinating to see them flying near the rocks above the sea.

We are in early April, the weather is mild with scattered tourists. Between the clouds the sun hits the sea and gives the spectacular scenery.
