Focaccia Chestnuts ( Baldino Toscano fast without using the oven)

  ingredients:

1. 200 grams of Chestnuts flour
   

2. 1 glass of milk

3. 80 grams of sugar

4. pinch of salt

5. pinch of baking powder

6. rosemary

7. Shelled walnuts or pine nuts

8. Sultana raisins

Procedure:

This recipe is fast and delicious ! ... A recipe throughout Tuscany ! ... Well, let's start preparing raisins ( raisins) , of walnuts (or pine nuts ) and fragrant rosemary .

We put in a container , chestnut flour , sugar, pinch of salt and a pinch of baking powder and then add the milk.

Mix our compound and add nuts, raisins and rosemary .

Pour the mixture in a pan . Note that does not use oil or butter. It does not stick , I guarantee .

Let cook over very low heat ( to prevent burning ) until we see that the top starts to not be slightly more liquid .
